Credits are the currency of Flin Max. Every transcription and subtitle generation costs credits based on the duration of your audio — 1,000 credits per minute of media.

When you click Transcribe, credits are deducted upfront based on your file length. If the transcription fails, your credits are automatically refunded to your account.

No — your credits never expire. Buy once, use whenever you need them. There are no monthly resets or deadlines.

credits are consumed instantly when used, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue such as: • Credits being deducted incorrectly • A failed transcription after credits were charged • Payment completed but credits were not added Contact us and we'll investigate the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we'll restore your credits or provide an appropriate solution.
